Terms of Use

(1) 'AyiPro' means the Oranger Home Service Inc. which provides the domestic service stated in the AyiPro.com.

(2) 'Customer' means the part identified as customer who order domestic service in the AyiPro.com.

(3) 'Service' includes but not limited to cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, errands, meal prep, babysitting and tutor. It depends on the service agreement.

(4) Customer has to provide basic cleaning tool and equipment including but not limited to vacuum cleaner, broom, bucket, window scrubber, wiping cloth, detergent to ensure service delivery by the Attendant of AyiPro.

(5) Customer is responsible to ensure the working environment for our service is safe. If Attendant of AyiPro finds the job a threat to his/her safety, unreasonable or out of the scope of service, he/she is eligible to refuse taking up the services.

(6) AyiPro only provides services at the address reported on the application form. AyiPro is eligible to refuse to provide services at other different locations.

(7) If Customer moves out, Customer should apply for change of address for service a week in advance. If service cannot be provided at new address, the balance carried forward will be refunded to Customer in 3 days.

(8) All valuable belongings must be locked properly to avoid misunderstanding or losses. Attendants of AyiPro are not responsible for taking care or handling any valuable properties of Customer.

(9) AyiPro shall issue receipt if Customer wishes AyiPro to save the key. If AyiPro losses the key, AyiPro shall compensate maximum RMB 200 to the customer.

(10) Service fee shall be paid in advance. The service fee for the following month shall be paid at the beginning of every month, you can either pay to the account designated by AyiPro or AyiPro can pick it up at your house.

(11) Customer is entitled to change the service attendant under no circumstances. Customer shall pay RMB 500 before trial service and it will be counted in service payment when regular service starts. If Customer is unsatisfied with service, AyiPro will refund the un-serviced payment in 3 days.

(12) AyiPro will charge free if the Customer is unsatisfied with the service and terminated the service in the first hour on the first servicing day. And the remained balance will be refunded in 3 days.(NA for monthly pay customer)

(13) Service time is available from 7 am to 8 pm everyday. Moreover, AyiPro will charge our customer double hourly service fee if the requested service time is later than 8 pm.

(14) AyiPro will charge Customer RMB 15 (Chinese Speaking) / RMB 20 (English Speaking) per hour If customer requires Attendant to work overtime.

(15) The Attendant of AyiPro has a 10-day paid holiday according to the Chinese Labor Law. It includes: New Year -- 1st Jan, 1 day; Spring Festival -- From 1st Jan to 3rd Jan (Chinese Lunar Calendar), 3 days; Labor's Day -- From 1st May to 3rd May, 3 days; National Day -- From 1st Oct to 3rd Oct, 3 days). AyiPro will charge Customer RMB 30 per hour if the requested service on the above-mentioned paid holidays.

(16) If Customer requests booking or amending the booked service on a designated date and time, Customer should apply to AyiPro by 2 working days in advance so as to allow arrangement to be made.

(17) If the request is made by less than 1 working day earlier, Customer is subject to a surcharge of 30% service fee (RMB£¤30 at least).

(18) If Customer requests terminating service, it shall notice AyiPro by one week in advance. The surcharge is RMB 200 for terminating without application or less than a week.

(19) For hourly ayi service, if Customer is late more than 15 minutes of the booked time, AyiPro reserves the right to refuse overtime work for Customer. If Customer is late more than 30 minutes of the booked time, Attendant of AyiPro will drop a visit acknowledgement to Customer and leave. Customer should book for the service time again and is charged £¤30 for executive fee.(NA for monthly-pay customer)

(20) If Attendant of AyiPro is late resulting in a shortened period of service time, AyiPro will arrange to supplement the double time difference at next visit. No cash compensation will be made.

(21) In case of official orange announcement of unexpected weather disaster warning, all booked service will be automatically cancelled. Customer is required to re-arrange another service time. If the warning(s) is (are) cancelled by or at 1:00pm, the booked service in the afternoon session will remain scheduled.

(22) AyiPro will cease the services if Customer cannot pay service charge in advance on time or there are other charges overdue.

(23) In case of damage of article in the service premises caused by Attendant of AyiPro, AyiPro shall compensate maximum £¤500 to the Customer with sufficient evidence provided.

(24) In case of burglar or any loss in the service premises, Customer shall report to the Police at once and AyiPro shall provide information for assistance. AyiPro will try our best to assist and provide any information.

(25) By entering into a service agreement with AyiPro, Customer agrees not to hire the Attendant of AyiPro. If Customer does wish to employ such an Attendant, our referral fee is RMB 2,500.

(26) If Customer is found to have provided false or fake information, AyiPro is entitled to stop providing further service

(27) Customer consents to AyiPro using any personal data, supplied in connection with this Agreement for the purposes, of internal use, debt collection, direct marketing and/or market survey.

(28) AyiPro reserves the right at any time to vary, modify, delete any or all of the terms and conditions contained herein or add new terms and conditions to this Agreement by giving written notice to the Customer to that effect.

(29) AyiPro reserves the right of final decision in the event of disputes relating to the Terms & Conditions set out in this agreement.
